What is the MateoCare Doctor Dashboard?+
It's a clinic management system for paediatric practices — appointments, patient records, your clinic pharmacy with GST billing, in-house lab orders, revenue, staff attendance and team permissions, all behind one secure login at app.mateocare.com.
Who can get an account?+
Paediatricians, neonatologists, general physicians and other registered doctors who care for children, and their clinics. We verify your medical registration before creating your login.
Can my staff use it too?+
Yes. Eight built-in roles — Clinic Admin, Doctor, Nurse, Receptionist, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, Accountant and Super Admin — each set to full, edit, view or no access per module.
Does it handle pharmacy billing and GST?+
Yes. Inventory, purchase entries and counter billing, with invoices that follow Indian retail-pharmacy GST conventions — CGST/SGST split, amount in words, and GST included in the MRP.
How is patient data protected?+
Access is role-based; audit logs record every read and write and can never be edited or removed; email logs keep only recipient and subject. Records are encrypted and hosted in India.
